About the
GBAMS-Vidushi is the Biannual research journal published by Ghanshyam Binani Academy of Management Sciences (GBAMS) Mirzapur. The journal was established in 2009, is now publishing two issues in a year. The journal has ISSN no. 0974 – 6374. GBAMS – Vidushi is dedicated to encouraging research in recent Management practices and issues. GBAMS- Vidushi is indexed in Cite factor, PKP Index, J-Gate, Cross-ref, Google Scholar etc.
Our editorial policy is guided by independent quality control. Our endeavour is to make ‘GBAMS-VIDUSHI’ relevant to the current scenario by providing relevant information and informed opinion to provoke thoughts and innovative ideas.
The journals put emphasis on publishing high quality research with questions, evidences, &conclusions that are relevant to the current management practices.
Ethical standards for publication exist to ensure high-quality scientific publications, public trust in scientific findings, and that people receive credit for their work and ideas.
The editors of GBAMS-Vidushi journals enforce a rigorous peer-review process together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure the addition of high-quality scientific studies to the field of scholarly publication. In cases where we become aware of ethical issues, we are committed to investigating and taking necessary action to maintain the integrity of the literature and ensure the safety of research participants.
- Authors should accurately present their research findings and include an objective discussion of the significance of their findings.
- All and only those who qualify for authorship should be included as authors and their contributions given in the manuscript.
- Any facts that might be perceived as a possible conflict of interest of the author(s) must be disclosed in the paper prior to submission.
- Simultaneous submission of manuscripts to more than one journal is not permitted.
- Errors and inaccuracies found after publication must be promptly communicated to the Editorial Office.
This list is not exhaustive, and authors should be aware of local regulations and accepted norms within academic publishing.
The contribution should be accompanied with brief resume of all authors and declarations must be given with the full paper. The full manuscript should be submitted in the prescribed format through ‘GBAMS-VIDUSHI’ website by registration giving all the particulars about the authors.
Abstract
Each paper begins with an abstract of 100 words and single spaced in 12-point Times New Roman. Abstract shall be continuous text without any paragraph/section. No reference will be included along with abstract.
Body
The body of the paper should follow immediately the abstract in single space in 12-point Times New Roman.
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
We encourage research librarians to list this journal among their library’s electronic journal holdings. As well, it may be worth noting that this journal’s open source publishing system is suitable for libraries to host for their faculty members to use with journals they are involved in editing
